Founded in 2007, Akers Ellis is an independent vacation rental company offering a premium portfolio of 150+ vacation rentals on Kiawah Island. The company was founded by Jeff Akers and Steven Ellis, both who have a longstanding history with the community. Akers has been in the resort business since 1980 and Ellis worked at the Kiawah Island Resort from 1997 to 2005.
